Network Support Agreements


 

Depending on the size of your Computer Network, most networks require a support agreement to guarantee smooth day to day running of not just the network but Servers, Desktops, Switches, Printers and Remote users.

Our network support agreement covers every type of networked environment.

GOLD service Agreement  - Guarantees a fully day on site per month and unlimited remote call support.

SILVER Service Agreement  - Guarantees a half day on site per month and unlimited remote call support.

BRONZE Service Agreement  - Unlimited remote call support.

CREDIT Service Agreement  - Involves purchasing a minimum 10 hours support in advance, which is used up as the clients needs through either on Site or Remote Call Support.

We can also structure tailor-made agreement to suit all client needs.

Structured Cabling Systems and Wireless Networking

GDK offer our clients a management service to remotely access their networks to ensure smooth day to day running by proactively tackling problems the may occur before they can effect the clients work flow.

This service comes as standard as part of our Gold and Silver Support Agreements.

All structured Cabling and Electrical work is installed by RECI Approved Electricians to the highest standard approved by the National Council for Technology in Education.

We specialize is the installation of Certified Low Smoke Category 5E / 6 Cabling, Connections and Accessories which conform fully to ISO/IEC 11801, EN50173, Class D, tested to TSB67.

All Wireless Networking is pin code encrypted to ensure secure use of the network. We endeavor to ensure our clients receive only the most up to date technology on the market from Cisco and Netgear.

All proposed Wireless sites are fully tested to insure that they are suitable; all black spots are covered and wired to point to ensure smooth operation and performance.
