Support Contracts

GDK provides a selection of Support Level Agreements, which are managed by our Support Desk and Consultancy Team.

Standard Contracts are categorised, as follows:

BRONZE

This provides for a predominantly Remote Support Service, but with an
on-site element, if required.

SILVER


This next level of Service, the most popular one amongst our Client base, contains both On-Site and Remote Support aspects.
The On-Site component guarantees an agreed minimum number of hours per month, with a documented number of responsibilities and tasks to be performed during each visit.

GOLD

The ultimate concept in Support services. GDK becomes your weekly
In-House I.T. Department or supplements your existing one, together with the backup of our Support  and Consulting Teams.

CUSTOMISED

As the Support requirements of various organisations can differ, and ever conscious of the need to provide the appropriate service, we will be pleased to develop a mutually agreeable Support Level Agreement, by combining elements of our Standard Agreements.
An example of this is our Credits Support Contract, where time units are pre-purchased and used at the discretion of the Client
